Two night, women's retreat at a beautiful lodge in Buena Vista, CO. Featuring a view of the collegiate mountains on one side and the cascading Arkansas River one the other.

You’ll have the opportunity for morning yoga movement, breath work and meditation and evening yin yoga and yoga nidra. In between enjoy healthy vegetarian meals (plus salmon for dinner). Journaling and discussions on healing and healthy living.

Take an easy hike including an opportunity for shopping. Plus, a hot springs soak. End the day with a little belly dancing lesson by the fire toasting wine & champagne. Followed by yoga Nidra for bedtime.

Rooms are double occupancy. Triple occupancy available. (extra cost for private room). Transportation not provided but carpooling can be coordinated.
