A 90-minute workshop where you’ll learn choreography to three songs plus tips on how to cue and coach the class so your participants can get the most out of their workout.

Description:

This session is for everybody! Instructors can use this choreography in their dance based classes or beginners can gain confidence by having moves broken down. Choreography notes and video will be available for sale.
