Our Urban Sanctuary version of Qigong! Qigong (pronounced “chi gong”) is an ancient Chinese practice that combines flowing movement, meditation, and breath regulation. It aims to enhance the body’s natural energy flow, improve blood circulation, boost immune function, and support mental health.

An easy hike to Eagle’s Eye Shelter where we’ll enjoy a yoga practice with a beautiful view! Bring your mat (on your back), water and any yoga props you can manage. Only 10 people can join!
