Host Your Own Yoga & Champagne Party
In the comfort of your own space host a Yin Yoga event followed by a champagne toast! You provide the space and minimum of five people, Davida will bring a complimentary bottle of champagne. Yin Yoga is the fastest growing form of yoga as it has many restorative and relaxing benefits for people on the go or with tight muscles from high impact exercise and sports. Yin yoga is a passive, meditative form of yoga performed completely on the mat. No prior yoga experience needed. Davida will guide you to into forms where you can allow your body to find find releif using breath and gravity.
Five person minimum at $20 each. A $20 non-refundable deposit will hold the date and pay for the first person. Email Davida at withDavida@gmail.com to request a date then click on the PayPal link below to make your deposit. Tell your guest to reserve their spot with the same link below. Include in the PayPal “instructions” the host’s name and date of the party.
